HB 397
CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO.
397(FIN) An Act relating to the fisheries resource landing tax and
to the seafood marketing assessment; and providing for an effective
date was read the second time.

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator
Adams objected.

Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that he be
shown as a cross sponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so
ordered.
